A New Year....

yesterday was the last day of a spectacular year.

But I can't wait for all of the adventures that await us in 2009!

Here is a little reminder of all the great things we did in 08.

in 2008...

• we joined netflix
  
• bought my first digital SLR and started a photography business.
  
• celebrated Matt's 27th birthday
• carved our first Hawaiian pineapple
  
• celebrated our first Easter together
  
• I was given my first sewing machine and finished my first sewing project all on my own.
  
• made my first strawberry pie.
  
• went to the driving range with husband.
  
• celebrated my 23rd birthday, got LOTS of Vera Bradley
• bought our first house.
• brought home a standard poodle named Izzy
  
• went to Nashville to hang with the sistas.
• had the best 4th of July ever.
• finished our honeymoon scrapbook and loved reliving every moment of it
• rode the "L" all by myself.
• survived a hurricane in Florida with the whole family.
• landscaped our first house
• ate fettuccine on our patio by candle light
• celebrated our first year of marriage
• made a Halloween banner
• carved pumpkins and ate apple pie with friends
• were given trees to plant in our yard
• refurbished a desk
• decorated our first house for Christmas

I hope next year lives up to this one.
